Your download on PC's will appear in the downloads folder on your PC.

Our technician would then, with your permission, be able take over remotely your system and begin troubleshooting.

Will my data be compromised?

No data would be compromised without your confirmation.

We would seek your prior verbal permission to exchange files via our Transfer File application if needed.

All user passwords, meeting passwords and meeting IDs are transmitted via SSL between RemoteSupport clients and the RemoteSupport server.

Can anyone use this application?

Only the individuals that have been invited to the remote support session will be able to use this application.

The application uses two way verification and encrypts the data transfers on fly.

Can I invite my friends to participate?

Yes, there is no limitations of how many individuals you invite to monitor your remote access session. They will all have to be individually invited to the session.

Can I record the session?

Yes. On the TurboSupport Control Panel, click the Record icon. Make certain that your computer’s microphone is on. When you are finished recording, click the Stop Recording icon.

How do I make the payment?

Can I use this application on Apple devices?

Yes you can.

You will automatically be prompted to download mac application depending on apple device from which you are accessing our remote support systems.
