Your Name: (the name shown in the meeting)

Please enter the Meeting ID that the support representative has sent to you, the password (if any), enter your email address and your name, then click the “Join Meeting” button.

You will be prompted to download TurboSupport application to your computer.

On Windows OS machines you will be asked whether you want to Run or Save the application. Use Run at this time.

On Apple Mac computers find the file in downloads, expand the file and start it up.

TurboSupport will be located in your Downloads folder under the name:

  • on Apple devices
  • TurboSupportStarter.exe on Windows devices
